How can we take a closer look at our relationship with food?
With a background in nutrition, I will share guidance on the nutrition behind the foods we eat, and how to create meal plans that work best for you. I'll also share tips and tricks on engaging your five senses while eating more mindfully, and what kinds of foods to pair together for snacks and meals. I'm here to help ease your mind as we work together to reframe how we see and experience the foods we eat.
My mission is to create a safe, curious, and non-judgemental space to help you find yourself through movement. All bodies are welcome!

As a Certified Personal Trainer, I am here to support you in meeting you where you are in your fitness journey. We will work together to create weekly or monthly exercise plans, and educate you on the proper form and technique of various exercises and exercise equipment. I am available to train with you virtually or in-person for either 30 or 45-minute sessions.
Breathe
Give yourself a few mindful moments throughout the day.
Through mindfulness, we can learn to become a bit more present in our everyday life. During our time together, I will introduce the tool of mindfulness and how you can anchor this practice to your daily habits. This includes practicing meditation together, participating in reflection exercises, gratitude, or breathing exercises, and entering the 'flow' state when you are really enjoying the present moment.
I'll also share some resources for you to indulge in on your own time.
